Returns


We accept returns within 60 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

 

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened personal care items are not eligible for return, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

 

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

 


 

Damaged or Defective Items

 


If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

 

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
